Add and manage properties in Letfold: photos, HMO licences, council tax bands and postcode lookup, with tenancies and certificates on one record.
The property record
Each property has:
- Address + postcode (validated against UK postcode database)
- Type, bedrooms, bathrooms
- HMO licence number + expiry
- EPC rating + expiry
- Photos (up to 20 per property)
- Notes (rich-text)
- Linked tenancies, agreements, certificates, maintenance jobs
Postcode lookup
When you type a postcode it auto-fetches the rest of the address. Saves you time and reduces typos.
Photos
Drag-and-drop up to 20 photos per property. They appear on the tenant portal and on advert PDFs.
