Staying ahead of expiry

Each morning, your agency owners and managers get one email listing every certificate that is 60, 30, 14 or 7 days from expiry, expires that day, or lapsed 1, 7 or 30 days ago, each linked to its property. Right-to-rent re-checks and tenancy reviews get the same kind of email.

Your dashboard also lists every certificate that expires in the next 30 days and every one already overdue. Open it at the start of the week and book renewals from there.

Turn any of these emails off at Settings → Email → Notification toggles.

Storing the certificate

Upload the PDF when you add the certificate. It's linked to the property and visible to the tenant in their portal (so they have proof of compliance on demand).
