What you get

What your tenant portal gives you

Rent, clearly

How much, how often and when the next payment is due, with every past and upcoming date.

Tell your agent you have paid

Sent a payment? Say so in one tap, so it is matched instead of chased.

Report a repair

Say what needs fixing and how urgent it is, then follow it until it is done.

Your tenancy agreement

Download your signed agreement whenever you need it.

Documents and certificates

Gas safety, EPC, inventory and anything else your agent shares, plus a place to upload your own.

Messages and renter news

Message your agent directly, and read changes to renters' rights as they happen.

How it works

Three steps to running it in Letfold

  1. 1

    Your agent invites you

You get an email with a link to set your password.

  2. 2

    Check your rent and documents

Everything about your tenancy is on one screen.

  3. 3

    Report repairs as they happen

With the urgency, so the right job is booked first.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a tenant login?

Your letting agent invites you. If you have not had an email, ask them to send the invite again.

Is the tenant portal free?

Yes. It is included in your agency's plan; tenants never pay for it.

Can I report a repair out of hours?

Yes, any time. For an emergency such as a gas leak or flooding, always call your agent's emergency number or the National Gas Emergency line (0800 111 999) first.

Worth knowing

The tenant portal comes from your letting agent, so you can only sign in if they use Letfold and have invited you. Rent is paid to your agent the way your tenancy says; Letfold shows what is due and lets you tell them you have paid.
